Step 1: Set up the steel stand
Place the stand on flat ground, concrete, or packed gravel. Make sure it sits level and does not wobble.

Step 2: Stack the ballistic blocks from bottom to top
Start with the bottom row. Push blocks tight together with no gaps. Work upward. Get help lifting top rows.

Step 3: Check the ballistic wall before shooting
RRun your hand along the front. Feel for gaps and check for light. Confirm the stand has not moved.

1. Can I mix this wall with my existing bullet trap or berm?
Yes. Many shooting range owners place the ballistic wall in front of an existing steel trap or dirt berm to catch ricochets and stop bullet splash. The rubber slows down stray rounds that bounce off harder surfaces.

2. Can I move the wall around once it's set up?
Yes. Take the ballistic blocks off the stand one at a time, move the stand, then re-stack the blocks. Two people can move and reset the wall in about 20 minutes.

3. Will the ballistic wall get damaged from sun, rain, or freezing temperatures?
No. The ballistic blocks handle outdoor weather and work in temperatures from -30°C to +40°C. Rain, snow, and direct sun won't damage them. For long-term outdoor use, cover the wall when not in use to extend the life of the rubber.

4. Can I paint or mark the ballistic blocks for targets?
YYes. You can spray paint targets, aim points, or scoring zones right on the front face of the blocks. The paint won't affect how the rubber stops bullets. Most shooting range owners repaint after every few hundred rounds.
