Each ballistic block weighs 36 lbs. Light enough for one person to carry, heavy enough to stay put while you shoot.

Up to 40,000 rounds per ballistic block. How long it lasts depends on the caliber you shoot and where your shots land. Moving the block to a fresh spot once in a while helps it last longer.

Single ballistic blocks ship within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping cost is added at checkout based on where you're located. Larger orders ship on a pallet to keep the blocks safe in transit. For orders outside North America, custom setups, or bulk orders for a full range build, message our sales team first for a freight quote. Step 1: Pick a flat spot 
Place the ballistic block on flat ground, concrete, or packed gravel. Make sure it sits level and does not wobble.

Step 2: Stack or line up your blocks
Push each block tight against the next so there are no gaps. Stack from the bottom up for walls.

Step 3: Check before shooting
Run your hand across the front. Feel for gaps and check for light. Confirm nothing has shifted.

1. Can I mix Ballistics Blocks with my current bullet trap or berm? 

Yes. A lot of shooting range owners place ballistic blocks at the base of an existing steel trap or dirt berm to catch ricochets and stop bullet splash. The rubber slows down stray rounds that bounce off harder surfaces.

2. How many ballistic blocks do I need? 

That depends on what you're building. A full HomeFront wall uses 12 blocks. A smaller wall uses 7. For ricochet control at the base of a trap, even 2 or 3 blocks help. Send us your space and goals and we'll suggest a number.

3. Will the ballistic block catch fire when shot? 

No. The SBR rubber and binders are made to handle live fire without catching fire. The block stays cool under normal range use.

4. How do I know when a ballistic block needs replacing? 

Check the front face for deep holes, soft spots, or visible bullet fragments. If you see daylight through the block or the rubber starts to crumble, it's time to swap it out. Most blocks last up to 40,000 rounds with normal use.
